  Return Policy: Damaged Items Only

   

  We take great care to accurately describe and securely package all items. Due to the nature of our vintage and collectible items, we do not accept returns for “buyer’s remorse” or change of mind.

  We only process returns if an item arrives damaged in transit.

  If your item arrives damaged, you MUST follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: You must report any damage within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide Photos: Send clear photos of the damaged item AND the shipping box. This is required for us to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

  3. Cooperate with Claim: Buyer must fully cooperate with the shipping company’s claim process.

  4. Get Authorization: Do NOT send the item back until you have received a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us.

  Once the return is approved and the item is received, we will process either a full refund or a replacement.
