We only process returns if an item arrives damaged in transit.

Provide Photos: Send clear photos of the damaged item AND the shipping box. This is required for us to file a claim with the carrier.

Cooperate with Claim: Buyer must fully cooperate with the shipping company’s claim process.

Get Authorization: Do NOT send the item back until you have received a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us.
Once the return is approved and the item is received, we will issue a full refund.
